10:00 Departure from hotels by bus (accompanied by a guide). 10:30 Guided visit to the Monastery of San Jeronimo, situated in the university area. Its magnificent renaissance cloister with splendid views of the church and the Gallery, a haven of unexpected peace in one of the busiest areas of the capital, its silence able to harmonize the life of cloistered nuns with different cultural acts, especially religious music. It is here where the Renaissance began. 11:30 After that as a counterpoint we offer a visit to the museum José Guerrero to enjoy modernist paintings. 12:30 A walk from the museum of José Guerrero, through the Alcaiceria, the former Muslim silk market in the very centre of the city, to the Huerta de San Vicente, a property of Federico García Lorca's family, where the poet wrote some of his most famous works (a short recital can be organized in honour of the poet.
